Shipping & Returns Policy

1. DELIVERY – SHIPPING

Shipments are carried out within Greece and, where
available, to other EU or non-EU countries.

Delivery Times

At SUCUS, we ensure that every order reaches you
safely and on time.

Attica

Deliveries are completed within 2–4 working days from order
confirmation.

Rest of Greece

Shipments are completed within 3–7 working days, depending on the region
and the shipping method.

Delivery times may vary during periods of high demand.

For bulky items, delivery is carried out via
freight transport companies, and scheduling may be required prior to delivery.

For special or custom orders, delivery times
are determined after prior communication.

For professional projects or large orders, we
can arrange scheduled delivery tailored to your project’s requirements.

The Company is not liable for delays due to:

  • force majeure,
  • strikes,
  • extreme weather
    conditions,
  • delays by courier or transport companies,
  • insufficient or incorrect customer information.

Delivery takes place at the entrance of the stated
delivery address (“curbside delivery”), as commonly practiced by courier
services.

For bulky or fragile deliveries, the customer must inspect the package upon
receipt and note any visible damage on the carrier’s receipt documentation.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CONSUMERS)

The consumer generally has the right to withdraw from
a distance contract without providing any justification within fourteen (14)
calendar days from the receipt of the product.

The supplier must refund the payment within 14 days from being informed of the
withdrawal, with the right to withhold the refund until the product is returned
or proof of return is provided.

2.1 How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal by
sending a clear statement via email to: support@sucus.gr.

2.2 Product Return Conditions

The product must be returned:

  • in its original
    condition,
  • without use beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature,
    characteristics, and functioning,
  • with all accompanying documents, where reasonably available,
  • in its original
    packaging.

The consumer is liable only for any diminished value
resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.

2.3 Return Costs

The direct cost of returning the product is borne by
the consumer, unless the Company explicitly agrees to cover such costs or has
not properly informed the consumer prior to the conclusion of the contract.

3. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases
provided by law, including but not limited to:

  • products manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications,
  • clearly personalized or custom-made items,
  • other lawful exceptions under Article 3ιβ of Law
    2251/1994.

Important:

If a planter is manufactured in a special size, special color, custom finish,
or any customized construction, it is considered a custom-made product
and is therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal under
distance-selling legislation.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPPING

The customer may request cancellation of an order
before shipping or before production begins.

For custom-made or made-to-order products, the
Company reserves the right:

  • to decline cancellation once production has commenced,
  • or to retain documented costs corresponding to already committed
    materials or labor, provided this has been clearly and lawfully
    communicated before the conclusion of the contract.

5. LEGAL WARRANTY – DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING
PRODUCTS

Consumer rights regarding lack of conformity or actual
defects apply independently of any commercial guarantee provided by the
Company.

In cases of product non-conformity, the consumer is
entitled, according to applicable law, to:

  • repair,
  • replacement,
  • proportional price
    reduction,
  • or withdrawal from the contract, where permitted.

The Company does not limit or exclude any statutory
consumer rights.

6. SPECIAL PRODUCT NOTICES

Fiberglass / resin-reinforced planters:

  • may exhibit minor variations due to handmade production,
  • must be used according to the provided instructions,
  • must not be subjected to improper mechanical stress,
  • require stable and secure placement on an even surface.
